Bookstores across the greater Los Angeles area have joined forces to create an unforgettable weekend  for LA's bookish folk!

Visit all 13 stores to win the grand prize tote bag, as well as to be entered into a raffle to win a $25 gift card to each store! Or just hit as many as you can -- the more you visit, the more prizes you accrue, and the more of LA's diverse and welcoming literary scene you get to explore.

Liz Kerin

Liz Kerin is the author of the Night's Edge duology and dark fantasy adventure The Phantom Forest. Most recently, Liz signed a two book deal with Sourcebooks for her forthcoming horror novel How to Disappear Completely and a second title TBA. In addition to her work in literary fiction, Liz is also a screenwriter and award-winning playwright. She is a graduate of the Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU Tisch and has numerous film/TV projects in active development, including adaptations of her own novels. She lives in Southern California where you can find her working in her garden or hiking in the hills with her Corgi, Clementine.

Taylor Jenkins Reid

Taylor Jenkins Reid is the author of the New York Times Bestselling novels Atmosphere, Carrie Soto Is Back, Malibu Rising, Daisy Jones and The Six, and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, as well as One True Loves, Maybe in Another Life, After I Do, and Forever, Interrupted. She lives in Los Angeles.

Suzanne & Max Lang

Suzanne Lang is the author of the New York Times bestselling Grumpy Monkey, as well as several other titles. When Suzanne is not working on books, she writes and produces children’s television.

Max Lang is an animation director, storyboard artist, character designer, and illustrator. He co-directed the film adaptation of the picture book The Gruffalo, which was nominated for an Oscar and a BAFTA, as well as the Oscar-nominated adaptation of the picture book Room on the Broom, which has won numerous awards, including the Cristal for Best TV Production at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.

Her adult debut, Red City, released on Oct. 14, 2025. She graduated from the University of Southern California and jumped into the video game industry, working for Disney Interactive Studios as an artist. Rebekah Faubion

Rebekah Faubion is a queer author and screenwriter living in Los Angeles. Her books include the YA dark speculative thriller Lost Girls of Hollow Lake out now from Delacorte Press, sapphic rom-coms The Lovers and The Sun and the Moon, and her adult horror debut What a Nightmare, releasing October 13th, 2026 from Berkley Pub. She enjoys reading tarot, bingeing horror novels way past her bedtime, and thinking up places to bury the body—for the plot, of course.

Sarah Langan

Sarah Langan is a three-time Stoker Award-winning writer, whose novels (Pam Kowolski is a Monster!, A Better World, Good Neighbors, The Missing, etc.) have made best of the year lists at NPR, Newsweek, The Irish Times, AARP, and PW. Her shorts have appeared in America's Best Science Fiction and Fantasy, F&SF, WIRED, Year's Best Horror, Year's Best Dark Fantasy and Horror, etc. She has an MFA from Columbia University, an MS in Environmental Health Science/ Toxicology from NYU, and lives in Los Angeles with her family. Her sixth novel Trad Wife is out September 29.
